pbw.life has three mobile apps, one for each role. Studio owners use Pro Beauty World - Business, specialists use Pro Beauty World - Masters, and clients use pbw.life. You sign in to each app with your pbw.life account.
Pro Beauty World - Business (studio owners)
The Business app is for the daily work of your studio. With it you can:
- See the schedule per day, week or month, also for your whole team.
- Add walk-in and phone bookings, reschedule appointments and mark a no-show.
- Add specialists to your team. To change the working hours of an existing specialist, use the web portal: it keeps breaks, buffers and zone days.
- Manage your studio profile, your deposit policy, travel zones and your payment providers.
- Read and moderate reviews, and manage discount codes.
- See your plan and its status under More > Billing.
- Get push notifications about your studio.
Some tasks are only in the web portal at https://companies.pbw.life/: creating and publishing your studio, choosing or changing a plan, switching between monthly and yearly billing, and cancelling. In the Business app, Open portal takes you to billing in the web portal.
Pro Beauty World - Masters (specialists)
The Masters app is for specialists. With it you can:
- See today’s appointments and your upcoming schedule.
- Open the route to a client and call the client.
- Tell a client that you are on your way or running late.
- Mark an appointment as completed or as a no-show.
- Set your working hours, days off, blocked time and vacation per studio.
- Accept or decline an invitation from a studio.
pbw.life (clients)
The pbw.life app is for clients. You can look for studios and events without signing in. With an account you can:
- Book an appointment and use a discount code.
- See your upcoming and past bookings.
- Reschedule or cancel a booking, pay a deposit and leave a review.
- Get push notifications about your own appointments.

Push notifications
After you sign in, the app asks once if it may send notifications. You can change this later in the settings of your phone. Push notifications come in addition to e-mails. E-mails are sent even when push notifications are off.

We are preparing the apps for the app stores. Until a store link is shown on https://pbw.life/, use the web portals. The main tasks of every app are also available there:
