Frequently asked questions
Can I ask for a deposit only on long treatments?
Your deposit policy applies to your bookings; with a percentage of the treatment price, you automatically ask for more on a full set than on a short infill.
How do I stop clients from booking their infill too late?
Because clients see your up-to-date calendar, they often book their next appointment right after the treatment, or later at home via your page. Automatic reminders then keep the appointment on their radar.
What if someone cancels too late?
You set your cancellation window and your client accepts it when booking. If someone cancels too late, pbw.life applies your rule automatically: the deposit is refunded, or you keep it if you chose to retain it on late cancellation.
What does pbw.life cost per month?
Solo Start is €19 per month for a one-person business: booking page, iDEAL deposits, calendar and client records. Solo Pro (€29) adds reports, per-service deposits, promo codes and client tags. With up to three specialists you pick Studio Start (€39) or Studio Pro (€49). Mollie’s transaction fees (its standard fee, currently €0.32 per iDEAL payment, checked 3 October 2026) come straight out of your Mollie balance.
