pbw.life has three plan groups for studios, by team size: Solo, Studio and Team. Each group comes in two versions: Start and Pro. The Founding plan is a limited offer by invitation. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.

The yearly price is 15% less than 12 monthly payments. Currently no VAT is charged (Dutch small-business scheme, KOR). The price you start with stays the same while you keep the plan.
What each plan includes
All plans include the booking page, the schedule, the client list, reviews, travel zones, e-mail and push reminders, and a deposit rule for your studio (fixed amount or percentage, with automatic refunds). Deposits need your own Mollie or Stripe account.

- Deposit per service: a service can have its own deposit that replaces the studio rule.
- Conditional deposits: the deposit applies only when a condition is met, for example for new clients.
- Deposit discounts for regular clients: clients with more completed appointments at your studio pay a lower deposit.
Coming later on the Pro versions and Founding: automatic WhatsApp reminders with a monthly quota (Solo Pro and Founding 50, Studio Pro 150, Team Pro 300), tips, service packages, an expense log and last-minute slots. Studio Pro and Team Pro also get a payout calculation per specialist.
Switch to another plan
You change your plan in the web portal under Billing > Change plan with Switch to this plan.
- The new plan and its team size apply at once.
- The new price applies from your next payment. There is no extra charge and no refund for the current period.
- You can change plans only with monthly billing. On yearly billing, switch to monthly first.
- If your team is larger than the new plan allows, the extra specialists are paused and open invitations are withdrawn. Your own specialist profile always stays. Paused specialists are not deleted.
- After an upgrade, paused specialists stay paused. You reactivate them yourself.
Monthly or yearly billing
You switch between monthly and yearly billing under Billing in the web portal. The new amount applies from your next payment. You do not get a credit or refund for the part of the current period that you already paid. You can also switch during the trial. Your first payment is then the yearly amount.
Founding plan
- EUR 9 per month for the first 12 months after your signup, for 1 specialist, with the Solo Pro features.
- Only with an invitation link, for the first 20 founding customers.
- Monthly billing only. You cannot change the plan during the founding year.
Month 13. From 30 days before your founding year ends, you get an e-mail and can choose how to continue: Solo Start (EUR 19) or Solo Pro (EUR 29). If you do not choose, your subscription moves to Solo Start. The move happens on the same payment method, with no new checkout.
Plans in the app
You choose and change plans only in the web portal at https://companies.pbw.life/. The Business app shows your plan, but you cannot change it there.
