How it works
Step 1
Set up your session
Date, price, deposit or full payment, minimum and maximum seats and the decision time. You get your own booking page to share in your bio or WhatsApp.
Step 2
Participants book and pay
With iDEAL or card, through Stripe. The page shows how many seats are booked and where the minimum is.
Step 3
The decision time
Minimum reached: the session is confirmed and everyone gets an email. If not, you decide within 24 hours whether it runs anyway. If you do nothing, pbw.life refunds everyone in full automatically.
Step 4
Payout after the session
Within 7 days after the session we transfer the proceeds to your own Stripe account, minus the platform fee and payment costs.

Running a beauty studio? Then you sell events from the studio portal, within your own plan. On the Pro versions and Founding, participants pay online (2% per seat, min. €0.20 and max. €4.95); on the Start versions they pay on site.
Currently no VAT is charged (Dutch small-business scheme, KOR).
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the minimum is not reached?
At the decision time you hear from us and have 24 hours to run the session anyway. If you do nothing or cancel, everyone gets the full amount back to the account they paid from automatically and you pay no platform fee.
When do I get my money?
Within 7 days after a confirmed session ends we transfer the proceeds to your own Stripe account, minus the platform fee and payment costs.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account to pbw.life. We help you set one up if you do not have one yet.
Do I need a pbw.life appointment subscription?
No. Selling sessions is separate from the appointment subscription. You can start on Free without a subscription.
Which sessions is this for?
One-off group sessions with a minimum number of participants: beauty trainings and masterclasses in nails, lashes, brows and permanent make-up, and other workshops too.
