What does pbw.life cost for a mobile hairdresser?
Solo Start is €19 per month and Solo Pro €29 per month. On top of that, Mollie charges its own standard fee per payment, currently €0.32 per iDEAL payment (checked 3 October 2026). You see those fees in your own Mollie dashboard, and pbw.life adds nothing on top.
How does the deposit work for a haircut at the client’s home?
When booking, the client pays part of the price straight away via iDEAL. You decide the amount, for example €10 to €15 on a haircut. If the client doesn’t show up, you keep the deposit.
I don’t have a fixed location. Is that a problem?
No, pbw.life is built precisely for hairdressers without a salon. You don’t need a business address: clients book on your page and you decide your own service area and travel fees per zone.
Am I allowed to just ask for a deposit?
Yes, that is allowed in the Netherlands, as long as you communicate it clearly in advance. Your booking page does that automatically with every booking, so you are also in a stronger legal position than with a verbal agreement.
