For mobile nail technicians

A booking system for mobile nail technicians

A full set of gel nails or BIAB easily takes one and a half to two and a half hours. If that appointment falls through, half your afternoon is gone, plus the travel time you already put in. pbw.life lets clients book themselves on your page and automatically asks for a deposit via iDEAL.

Sound familiar?

Long treatments, so expensive no-shows

A no-show on a full set isn’t fifteen minutes of damage: it is a two-hour slot plus travel. One afternoon like that a month and you easily miss out on €60 to €90 in revenue.

"I can’t make it today after all", an hour before

A last-minute cancellation costs you just as much as a no-show: you won’t fill that gap in your schedule anymore. Without an agreed policy, you are left empty-handed.

Your calendar lives in your Instagram DMs

New clients send a DM, regulars send a WhatsApp. You spend your evenings puzzling over time slots while a booking page could simply do it for you.

What pbw.life takes care of

Your own booking page with your services

New set, infill, BIAB, soak-off: each treatment with its own duration and price. Clients choose for themselves and only see time slots that genuinely fit.

Automatic deposits via iDEAL

You set your deposit rule once: a fixed amount or a percentage of the price. The booking only lands in your calendar once the deposit is in, in your own Mollie account.

A cancellation policy that works for you

Set how many hours before the appointment clients can cancel free of charge, and whether you keep the deposit on a late cancellation. Your client accepts the policy when booking. If the client cancels in time, the deposit is refunded in full automatically.

Service area and travel fees per zone

Decide per postcode area where you go and what you charge for travel. Once you have set up at least one zone, clients outside it can no longer book a home appointment. No arguments afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set a different deposit per treatment?

You set a deposit policy that is applied automatically to every booking, for example a fixed amount or a percentage of the treatment price. That way you automatically ask for more on a long set than on a short infill.

What happens if a client cancels last minute?

That is up to your cancellation policy. You set the deadline yourself (for example 24 or 48 hours in advance) and choose what happens to the deposit on a late cancellation: always refund it, or keep it. Your client accepts the policy when booking. If the client cancels too late, you keep the deposit if you chose to retain it; otherwise it is refunded automatically.

I work from home and on location. Can I do both?

Yes. Per treatment, you set whether it takes place at the client’s home or in your own (home) studio. Your clients automatically see the right location when they book.

What does pbw.life cost per month?

Solo Start is €19 per month for a one-person business: booking page, deposits, calendar and client records. Solo Pro (€29) adds reports, per-service deposits, promo codes and client tags. With up to three specialists you pick Studio Start (€39) or Studio Pro (€49). Mollie charges its own standard fee, currently €0.32 per iDEAL payment (checked 3 October 2026), with no mark-up from pbw.life.
