When a client books via your page and your deposit rule applies, pbw.life automatically requests the deposit, by iDEAL or another payment method you enabled in your Mollie or Stripe account. The amount (which you set) lands directly in your own Mollie or Stripe account. If there's a no-show, you keep the deposit. On cancellation, pbw.life follows your cancellation policy automatically: if the client cancels in time, the deposit is refunded in full; if they cancel late and your policy retains it, you keep it. Money flows directly from the client to your IBAN - pbw.life takes nothing.

Yes, you can cancel any time from your account settings. If you cancel during a paid period, you keep full access until the end of that period - after that your dashboard locks and your booking page stops taking new bookings. If you cancel during the free trial, access ends right away (the trial is offered once). Your data and existing appointments are kept, and you get access back as soon as you resubscribe.

Yes. You connect your own Mollie account via Mollie Connect (an OAuth integration). pbw.life processes payments on your behalf through your account - we do not see balances and have no access to your money. You can disconnect at any time from your Mollie dashboard.

The client-facing booking page is available in seven languages: Dutch, English, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish. You can store your service names and descriptions in multiple languages - pbw.life automatically shows the visitor's language.

Wave 1 focuses on the Dutch market with iDEAL as the payment method. If you're outside the Netherlands but within the EU, you can sign up with a "Phase 2 customer" tag - you'll be first in line when we expand to your market. Drop us a line at info@pbw.life.

Mollie charges its own standard fee, currently €0.32 per iDEAL payment (checked 3 October 2026), and takes it from your Mollie balance. pbw.life adds nothing on top. You see the costs in your Mollie dashboard. Factor this in when setting your deposit amount.

There are 20 founding seats. You get all Solo Pro features for €9/month for the first 12 months from your sign-up date, for 1 specialist. We set up your account together with you on a 20-minute call, so your travel zones, travel fees and deposit policy are ready when we hang up. In return we ask for one 15-minute feedback call per quarter and your feedback in the product. After your founding year your subscription continues on Solo Start (1 specialist, no reports or Pro features, €19/month) unless you choose Solo Pro before that date. Your founding price of €9/month applies for the first 12 months from your sign-up date. Before your founding year ends you choose Solo Start (no reports or Pro features, €19/month) or Solo Pro (everything you have now, €29/month), both for 1 specialist. Solo Start billed yearly works out to €16.15/month (€193.80 per year). If you do not choose, your subscription moves to Solo Start. We get in touch well in advance so it never comes as a surprise. You can cancel at any time.

Yes. pbw.life is built first and foremost for mobile beauty professionals who travel to the client - you don't need a fixed salon or premises of your own to get started. If you also work from your own (home) studio, you set per service whether it takes place at the client's home or at your own location. So pbw.life works whether you're fully mobile or do a mix of both.

On Pro plans and Founding, pbw.life sends automatic WhatsApp reminders to your clients. Solo Pro and Founding include 50 reminders a month, Studio Pro 150 and Team Pro 300. After that each reminder costs €0.10, but only if you switch that on yourself; if you do not, sending stops at the included number. Overage is charged separately, once a month. The Start plans do not include WhatsApp reminders.
