An organizer account is for people who run events, such as workshops, trainings or classes, and do not take appointments. You sign up at https://organizer.pbw.life/. You do not need a paid plan to sign up.
If you run a beauty studio with appointments, sign up as a studio instead. A studio can also sell events from its own portal. See Studio signup and trial.
Create your account
- Go to https://organizer.pbw.life/ and click Create an account.
- Create your login on the sign-up screen.
- Fill in your organizer details:
- organizer name
- country: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Poland
- street address, postcode and city
- KvK number: required in the Netherlands, 8 digits
- website (optional)
- the language of the e-mails pbw.life sends to you
- Accept the terms and the data processing agreement.
- Submit the form.
You get a welcome e-mail with a button to the organizer portal. You can change your details later under Profile.
If you already own a studio on pbw.life, the organizer portal shows a notice with a link to the studio portal at https://companies.pbw.life/. Run your events from there.
After signup
The organizer portal has five sections: Events, Statements, Payments, Plan and Profile.
- To take online payments, connect a Stripe account under Payments. Without Stripe you can still publish events that participants pay on site.
- Create your first event under Events.
- Your plan starts on Free. You pay a fee per paid seat and no monthly price. You can choose the Starter plan under Plan. See Organizer plans and fees.
An organizer account sells event seats only. It has no booking page for appointments.
