Event terms for participants

1. Who you contract with

2. What you book

Before you pay, one screen shows the main characteristics of the event: description, date, start and end time, venue, price per seat, whether you pay the full price or a deposit, theminimum number of participants, the maximum number of seats, the decision deadline and the organizer's cancellation policy. The minimum number of participants and the decision deadline are main characteristics of your booking.

3. Price and payment

4. Minimum number of participants and decision deadline

An event only goes ahead if at least the minimum number of seats has been booked and paid at the decision deadline. Your booking is therefore a contract subject to a condition subsequent (article 6:22 of the Dutch Civil Code): if the minimum is not reached, the contract lapses.

5. Cancellation or changes by the organizer

6. Cooling-off period and cancellation by you

7. Questions and complaints

Send questions or complaints about the content or delivery of the event to the organizer. Send questions or complaints about booking, payment or a refund to info@pbw.life; we reply within 14 days. If you and the organizer cannot resolve it, you can go to the competent court.

8. Your data

For your booking we process your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), language, number of seats and payment status. We share this data with the organizer so they can run the event. For events paid online, Stripe processes your payment data. For events paid on site, no payment data passes through pbw.life. Read more in ourPrivacy Policy.

9. Liability

The organizer is liable for running the event. pbw.life is liable for properly performing its own tasks under these terms, including timely refunds. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
