What the software does for your salon
Online booking system
Your own booking page at pbw.life/<name>, in seven languages. Clients choose a treatment, a specialist and a free slot, even at eleven at night.
A calendar per specialist
If you work with a team, every specialist has their own calendar and working hours. Up to 3 specialists on Studio, up to 7 on Team.
iDEAL deposits
A fixed amount or a percentage, paid straight into your own Mollie or Stripe account. When a client cancels on time, the deposit goes back automatically under your policy.
Reminders that run themselves
Clients get free reminders by email, in their calendar and as a push message. The Pro plans add automatic WhatsApp reminders.
Client records and reports
For every client you see their appointments, lifetime value and reviews. Reports and export come with every plan except Solo Start.
In the salon and at the client’s home
Per treatment you choose whether it happens in your salon or at the client’s home. For home visits you charge a travel fee per zone.

Step 2
Add your treatments
Treatments with duration and price, your working hours and your specialists. Connect Mollie or Stripe if you want deposits.
Step 3
Share your booking link
Put the link in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business Profile and on your website. From then on, clients book themselves.
What does the salon software cost?
You pay a fixed monthly amount based on the number of specialists. No commission on your bookings. Every plan comes in a Start and a Pro version.

Paying yearly saves 15%. Currently no VAT is charged (Dutch small-business scheme, KOR).
Questions about salon software
How much does pbw.life salon software cost?
Solo Start is €19 a month for 1 specialist, Studio Start €39 for up to 3 and Team Start €59 for up to 7. The Pro versions cost €10 a month more and add per-service deposits, promo codes and WhatsApp reminders, among other things. No commission is taken from your bookings.
Can I try it for free first?
Yes, for 30 days. At signup you link your payment method with a €0.01 check payment. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing more.
Does it work for hair salons too?
Yes. Hairdressers use the same calendar, booking page and deposits as beauticians, nail technicians and lash stylists. You add your own treatments, from a men’s cut to balayage.
Can I switch from another booking system?
Yes. On the Team plans we help move your data over and run an onboarding call for your team. On the other plans you add your treatments, working hours and specialists yourself.
Which languages can clients book in?
The booking page works in seven languages: Dutch, English, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish. pbw.life shows the visitor’s language automatically.
